Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

I have created a P6 layout that shows BL1 Start and Finish Dates, BL2 Start and Fiish Dates, Actual Start and Finish Dates and the MHPI (Cost Performance Index - Labor Units). The problem I am having is that I want the MHPI to be based upon the current project schedule as they change every week. What is the best way to do this?

Thanks,

AA

Change the “Baseline for Earned Value Calculations” in the Settings Tab in the Projects Window, to the alias that points to the current project.
